E. Leo Reddoch, III is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the state of Louisiana with extensive experience in all aspects of land surveying. Leo leads our team with precision and expertise, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy. He is a proud graduate of Louisiana Tech University, where he was one of the first three students in the university's history to receive an Associate's degree to begin a career in land surveying. Leo has been involved in many significant development projects in Lake Charles and the surrounding areas, including a 20 square-mile oilfield unitization survey in Baldwin, LA and the re-establishment of the Lafayette-St. Martinville Parish line, among others. Over the years, countless Louisiana residents, commercial firms, and government entities have trusted Leo to take care of their surveying needs for various projects.

Alec Reddoch

E.I., L.S.I.

Alec Reddoch is a second-generation surveyor who grew up immersed in the profession in Southwest Louisiana, gaining firsthand experience and insight into the surveying field at an early age from his father Leo. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Honors College at Louisiana Tech University where he was a member of the Land Surveying Team, competing at multiple ASCE conferences. Shortly after his graduation, Alec went on to complete supplemental studies in Land Surveying at the University of Wyoming while working at an established civil and structural engineering firm. Alec is registered in the State of Louisiana as an Engineer Intern (E.I.) and Land Surveyor Intern (L.S.I.), currently pursuing his professional surveying license. His technical expertise and dedication to the field contribute to our team's ability to deliver exceptional surveying services. Alec plans to continue pursuing his PE in civil engineering after receiving his PLS.
